Utah Trip: Post 2 of 2

Thanksgiving Point Dinosaur Museum
Thanksgiving Point has a Dinosaur Museum so of course we had to make a stop there. I took Mav while everyone went and saw Spiderman and that is pretty much all we did for the Fourth of July.

Our Fourth of July Fireworks
Wild Fires have been crazy in Utah this year and this one was pretty close to Ryan's house in Highland.

Needless to say fireworks were banned this year. It was a pretty big fire though so I guess it made up for it.

Dinosaur Play
His new oversized Dinosaur that we paid way too much for. He always feeds his Dinosaurs.

Slip n' Slide & Water Hose Fun

This is where the boys get their eyes from, Grandpa LeBaron.

Epic picture of that day.

The oldest three boys.
It doesn't take much to make my little boys day. Just some healthy outdoors & a water hose.

Baby Gavin
Mavrick was TRYING to be so sweet. I couldn't believe how well he did with the baby.

Cute little guy. =)

 Bridal Veil Falls
I love these pictures!

Mavrick was obsessed with the nasty little fish pond instead of the waterfall.

Probably our only family picture from the whole trip. I am usually behind the camera.

Playing With Friends
Mike & Kendra came over with their kids to play. Mav had a blast wrestling/dancing with them.

Seven Peaks
They wouldn't let pregnant people on the slide. So I was behind the camera again but got some cute pictures of everyone coming down.
Tubing! Mavrick loved it. =)

Our Trip to Utah - Post 1 of 2

Ok...we had a FABULOUS time while visiting Utah this summer. We ended up driving and the drive was not bad at all. Mavrick did amazing. Seriously...I expected the worst on the ride up there and planned on having to drug him. We left him in his carseat for most of the time and when he would get crazy we let him out for a little bit to come sit with us in the front. We stopped in Albequerque, NM after driving 15 hours the first day. It was so nice to get a shower, sleep in a bed, and Mav even got to swim before we put him down for bed. We woke up the next morning and drove the remaining 10 hours to Utah.

We came up for Ryan's Family Reunions and to spend time with his family. I think that is the first time we have ALL been together for more than 2 days at a time in over 2 years. We were missing Tacy cause she is visiting the Promised Land for a semester so I guess she had a good excuse. Mavrick and Liam got to play together. I can't believe how much he talks and is almost exactly like my nephew Liam down in Texas! It was hilarious how similar their personalities are. It was so good to see that little guy. He hasn't spent much time with us since he was born. I feel like we made good progress this trip though. Haha. =) We had the baby blessing of my newest nephew Gavin. Oh man, he is such a sweet little baby. I got to hold him but I am not sure how he felt about my pregnant belly being in the way cause he was really fussy when I held him the first couple of times. Haha. And it was ONLY with me! =) But by the later end of the trip he would let me hold and snuggle him. It made me excited for my newest little one to get here.

The next morning we woke up and started packing, (AGAIN) to head to the family reunion. It was so awesome to be in the mountains. Mavrick absolutely loves being outside and so does his Daddy. I do when the weather is pleasant! Which most of the time it was. It was so fun seeing all the extended family and letting Mav and Ryan spend time with their cousins. We had to cut the reunion a little short but we had fun none the less.

Driving and More Driving!
Mav did better than Ryan and me.
