So this Easter has been so fun with our little family and having lots of parties. Busy is sometimes not very enjoyable but for some reason Ryan and I really enjoyed this holiday. Maybe it is because we had all of our shopping done, no work, a happy boy (most of the time) and a clean house. Its amazing how that affects my mood. =) Anyway...below are the festivites that started Friday night and ended Sunday night.
{Dying Easter Eggs}
Mavrick loved dying them. It was so hard to keep him away from the dye. He kept ploping eggs down in the dye when we weren't watching and saying "Whaoooo!". But I think he is still a little young and MESSY for easter egg dying...but we tried. =)
{Ward Easter Party}
We had fun hanging out with all the little kids in our ward and doing an easter egg hunt. Mavrick liked running with all the kids more than he did finding the eggs and picking them up. We got some much needed vitamin D from the sun that day though. It was a perfect day to be outside.

I only put this picture up cause you can kinda see my gut/belly.
He is seriously so handsome!
Mr. Liam all dirty and serious about the egg hunt. I can't get over how much he looks like Johnny. =)

I just had to put these up cause they were so cute.
He still lets me hold him like this occasionally so we have to document.
{Picking Clover for Easter Nests}
Clover Nests. Probably the biggest tradition we have on Easter. My Dad did it, I did it growing up and so will Mav. I love it. =) Each year we go to my Grandpa's house and pick some clover. He always saves it for us and mows after Easter. Then we each have a Wal-mart bag and fill as much as we can with clover.
Ok...just had to put this picture up. This is the sign my Grandpa has in front of his garden bed. Haha. I guess he has had problems with people steeling his produce in the past. Haha. =) Ryan and I laughed pretty hard.
He is SOOOOOO tired but we got a few pictures anyway.
{Easter Bunny Gets Ready}
Usually we make our Easter nests the night before so the Easter bunny can fill them. But Mavrick was out of it last night and so were Mommy and Daddy. We decided we would just make it for him in the morning. Woke up at 8:00 and guess who threw away our clover that we picked from the night before?! RYAN! I almost cried. So he drove down to Mom and Dad and picked up extra clover that they had picked so that we could make Mavrick a nest. He felt pretty bad but REALLY!? Haha. =)
Behold...the Easter Nest! =)
Pre-Mavrick pictures. Ryan made this table and chairs but we did not have time to paint it before this morning. So that will have to wait but he did a pretty dang good job. I love that man. =)
The Easter Bunny brought art supplies for him to use at his little table this year. And a few other things. But ALL washable! I need to send a thank you card to the GENIUS who came up with that. So there are stickers, pipe cleaners, eater color paints, bladeless safety scissors, and mini markers. Grandma and Grandpa LeBaron sent some chalk, toy cars, and clothes that we through in there too.
{Easter Morning}
Did NOT want to wake up. He was so funny...looking at us like "Are you seriously waking me up for this?!"
The Whaoooo Face!
{Easter Egg Hunt}
Ryan had the genius idea to put peeps on a kabob stick to get him a little more excited about the Easter hunt. He had a blast!
He is so stinkin' cute!!!
{Play Time}
Just having fun with Daddy and his new table and art supplies before church.
My new favorite picture of him!
{Williamson Easter Party}
And the last of the festivities. FINALLY!
The sidewalk chalk was a big hit with Mr. Liam!
My Mom trying to harness Mavrick before the Egg Hunt.
Ready. Set. Go!
